That's disappointing :( In this case I can only assume a kind of dns error.
I had this once too for certain geocities sites, because somehow my provider
had wrong dns entries. I could avoid it by using alternative http links.
You could try to delete all your internet cache, may be that helps,
otherwise it seems you just have to wait.

For Sage I want to add that updates are allowed as usual during the first 3
rounds. The tournament starts at Oct. 18th. Bug fixes are allowed as usual
during the first 6 rounds.
