It was launched to the market by Tasc in a CD that also brought a Chess Tutor for beginners. Chessica was the first windows Fritz and preceded Fritz 4. It was more windows-friendly than F4. It operated as a real Window's window and it was strong enough, probably a last improvement ver the Fritz 3 engine that won a game to Deep Thought in Hong King. It is a nice program, light, lot of features, strong at around the region of 2350 or so Elo. But what is most, it is an antique... I found it making some order in a drawer.
