P.S.
I have tested it and found some minor bugs:

It crashed when has split chessbase annotated file
It crashed when the searched TAG wasn't in the file
It crashed when the searched TAG wasn't in the first game of the file
When it has split by Result or PlyCount or Round, it output only a ".pgn" file
(because the TAG is only numbers)

and one major bug:
When it has split by TimeControl, it output nothing ;-)
