Don't agree at all. I've run thousands of CM9000 and CM10th matches on a dual
CPU machine with ponder on, and each engine always gets exactly 50% i.e. one CPU
each.

He has a dual core machine so I expect it will be the same for him. I see no
problems with his methodology
