At first I´m running all engines with lower priority, you can do this with "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe "E:\SCHACH\CBase\CbaseGUI\" /c start /belownormal ChessProgram8.exe -fritz". At second, I have powermanagement disabled (always on) at third, CM couldn´t use more than one processor! If you look with Task-Info you see that CM (and other single-cpu engines) uses 50% of overall-load even when the other engine only uses 30% (tb-hits). on dual-machines CM couldn´t use more than 50% (also not with high-priority). On a single cpu ponder could not work correctly. best regards, Wilhelm
