I purchased this board but cannot get it to connect. I have a laptop and tried cables to connect it to both the serial and then I tried the parallel port. There's a test program supplied in the 232 software which tells me the board is not connected, check the connections. Does anyone have any ideas? Do I need a special kind of cable to connect to my laptop? thanks in advance, Michael
