Hi, Thanks for these ideas. I will surely do some experiments. For the moment, i am trying to confirm the kingside 104 value. CEGT began the tests with Fruit 2.2 (Uri) so we should have a confirmation about the Threshold 50. Another possibility : They changed 'Verification search' to Always. This should give a gain in accuracy (positional gain i think) but reduced the speed a little (depth to depth). So it's logical to try to get some speedup with the history pruning (history pruning beeing more accurate too). Thurthermore they were in front of some big iron in the WCCC05. About others threshold values, i tried 45. Curiously, i had the impression to lose in accuracy (not only speed) when i reduced too much the threshold (reducing bad moves -> gain in accuracy ?). I did not like the first results but i did not take sufficient time with this value. G. Billiau
