I could not reproduce the depth of fruit2.2 in the relevant game or the blunder of Fruit2.2 in the relevant game even in blitz conditions when Fruit gets only depth 20 but maybe I did not try enough(the problem also may be that Fruit WCCC is not the same as Fruit2.2 when you change personalities). It may be productive if somebody tries to reproduce the mistake of Fruit in the relevant game. If there is an hardware problem it may also effect other engines(but not by the same way) so if this is a reason to stop testing you should stop testing all programs and not only Fruit and Shredder.
