You are basing a conclusion from one complaint. You know settings are complicated, and there many menus. You know how a Program searches & evaluates. The user has not Cliped & Pasted the Position as requested. After repeated requests and directions, it has not been done. The user 'asserts' but provides no compelling evidence as requested.
