Subject: How do you use book for Fruit 2.2 in CB GUI

I have been trying to get the Fritz CB interface to use Fruit 2.2's book but I
am not sure I am doing it correctely.  Is there a Fruit 2.2 book in CB format or
at least a way to convert that book?  I have to say I am very disappointed with
the Fruit 2.2 book, it seems very limited and seems to leave Fruit hanging in
some positions that are very well analyzed and without book are fatal.  Is there
a way to edit the book.bin that comes with Fruit 2.2?
