It is likely that Shredder uses both aggressive extensions and reductions making
it hard to conclude anything from a fixed depth match.  Of more importance is to
find a move that shredder looks like it missed due to pruning issues then see if
it is found at a greater depth.  Was the branch cut or just shortened?  My
experiences with Shredder shows some of both.
