Ok.. There is an obvious search bug in Fritz 9. Fine. There is a patch released that corrects this problem. Fine. The nonesense that is continuing in this thread.. NOT FINE. This is simply an _engine_ bug.. not an algorithm bug. Something like this is usually caused by a break in the search, whether in the root or in some form of the extensions. If this were an algorithm bug then almost all engines would suffer from it, as most of the newer programs used Bruce's information to build the engine. Since they don't, we are assured that it is an engine bug and exclusive to Fritz 9 (as far as we know). So I am asking nicely that this thread stop because it is going no where and has already resulted in name calling. I was under the assumption that we are all adults here, so why don't we start acting like it? Since Graham has already asked it to stop and it didn't, and I have just asked for it to stop.. let's hope Robert doesn't have to speak on the matter because then you are going to have three _very_ annoyed moderators.
