I do not know much about Thono and Telepath but certainly Tinker and GNUchess are at the 4th division of Leo and when I know nothing I assume that thono and Telepath are at similiar level to the places that you suggest that means that they are not better than the level of the 4th division. This assumption may be wrong but I also think that thinker has good chances to get better place than programs like postmodernist because the gap between software of thinker and software of programs in the second division of Leo is a big gap(I guess more than 200 elo that is similiar to the hardware gap).
