(Hope this does NOT violate any >laws...If so I will not do it. thanks in advace --Alex Hi Alex, if after your update the GUI still shows ´Jan 10´, then you´ve downloaded the wrong file - the most recent version of GUI8 can be found here: (this will show the date ´Oct 17´) http://www.fritzserver.org/updates/test/GUI8.iup As for your 2nd question: No, you can´t update your Fritz8 GUI with the newer GUI9.iup! The new GUI9 version needs some newer system files and additional DLLs, which are not included in Fritz8, and furthermore your ´IUpgrade.exe´ of Fritz8 won´t even be able to extract this new GUI9.iup ...
