The answer will depend on the engine and the position.

Yace showed +13 in under 1 minute, so it is capable of winning this without
6-men TVs. I never saw it to be wrong with such a huge score (not in games and
not in studies).

Yes. In positions of practical games, the hugest errornos scores I remember from
Yace are from wQ vs. bPa7/c7/f7/h7 type positions. These scores are lower 10.
