Why on earth did you format your drive???? Even if you did there is still a chance you can get your data out. As long as you did not zero your drive chances are you can still get your data. If your hard disk still spins then your data is most likely safe. Even if it is not spinning chances are that you can recover your data. I hope that for you it is still not too late. Stop whatever you are doing with that computer and give exact details of what you have done. I will see if I can help you.
