Moves are marked blue when there is a *question mark* in them. To be precise:

 1.h3?
 1.a3?!
 1.f3??

 are all marked blue, but

 1.b3
 1.f4!?
 1.d4!
 1.e4!!

are *not* marked blue. They remain black.

So we deduce that blue moves are bad. But they can still be played if not
marked "not a tournament move" (red).
