Yes we have the situation where everybody suffers because of  one immature young
German abusing the system.
People need to be more disiplined and ignore the rubbish. Replying to it on the
basis that "I like to help people" does not help people at all it lets down the
majority who don't like having their time wasted and their intelligence
insulted.
