You may well be maligning a completely honest seller, who's sole mistake was using pictures previously used. 2. None of you work for eBay, who's responsibility it is to investigate this auction and determine if they'll let it continue or not. So, contact eBay, inform them of your suspicions and then step back. You are not the eBay police.
