Certainly you are right.
Although I think that 2&3 often count together. Personally I am waiting (because
I neither have the time nor the strength to do it on my own) for a testsuite
with only positional stress with a CLEAR solution. Basic ideas that should be
followed, e.g. open or close the centre because of a positional reason.
Aren't there Sicilian positions suitable for that issue? Aren't there examples
in Polugaevsky's books?
