Regards, George Hi George, Sorry, but that's not entirely true. From time to time (rarely), you will be asked for the CD/DVD when we talk about the playing programs, unless "you" use a cracked version of course. But this does not apply to the chessbase (database) programs. Now, Fritz 9 is the first CB playing program I've experienced asking for the registration key in order to install. If this has any meaning when it comes to DVD-checks, we have to wait and see. The user start-screen has nothing to do with it. But if you sign in as club-player, you're supposed to get a harder game, than if you sign in as hobby player... And also the oppotonity is offered for someone else to play in his/her name. Regards Henrik
