Note that I may send a new version that I do not know if it is stronger or
weaker than the old version.

The problem is that I am afraid that if it is not stronger than 310 then I will
need to wait longer if I want to add a new version later because it will need to
play a lot of games before I replace it.

When I think about it I think that it is probably not the case because if I do
not participate I will probably also need to wait some months to add a new
version for CEGT in the next promotion tournament but I am not sure about it
because in the past you said that programmers can replace their program only
after enough games.
