I have made a copy of my Junior 9.0.0.1 version and saved it. That is not the problem. I go into playchess to upgrade it to Junior 9.0.0.3 and it simply will not work. I go in under the Junior 9 GUI- I,ve tried it with the Junior 9 disc in and also with it not in. I go to help and then I enter my serial no. for Junior 9. Then I click on query upgrade. It is supposed to then say Internet Upgrade OK. But it doesnt. It just says program up to date. Which means I have changed nothing. I do check my Junior 9 engine version and it shows no change. I am either missing a step somewhere, or there is a problem on their end. I really want to get this taken care of. CAN ANYONE HELP ME, PLEASE! I really need to know how to do this for future programs that need to be updated. Thanks in advance. George
