The gui8.iup should be in the temp folder Just as the iupgrade.exe... (they should not be in the engines folder) Just to remove misunderstandings about this. The gui8 update from the link give me the date 10-jan-2005 This should be the right one to upgrade to 9.0.0.3 Can't guarantee it works, but why not give it a shot... Rick
