Assuming you use Fritz:

First, you have to configure the clipboard export: Tools/Options, Clipboard:
Check "PGN" for game/text, and "FEN" for position/text.

To copy & paste a game from Fritz: Ctrl-C in Fritz, and Ctrl-V in the CCC
message or in any ascii or text application pastes the game in PGN format.

To copy & paste a position from Fritz: Edit/Copy/Copy Position, and Ctrl-V.

(You can also copy PGN or FEN in postings, and paste it into Fritz.)

You can copy the engine output which will include a FEN string for the current
position, by using the context menu in the engine windows: Right-click, "clip
analysis" and Ctrl-V to paste. Recommendable is the option "scroll new moves
only" to skip redundant engine output lines.

In CCC, you can add [D] in front of a FEN string and a diagram will be created
automatically after the posting was submitted.
