I have a problem. What else is new! I read where Joachim said the tablebases wouldnt do a lot for the playing strength of Fruit 2.2 They would basically help in analysis. I am not really interested in using Fruit 2.2 for analysis purposes. Really my only interest is playing strength. Is there going to even be enough of a gain there to make a difference one way or the other. If the answer happens to be yes, I do need the tablebases for playing strength purposes, I have the problem of not knowing what the correct procedure for adding them in is. When I update to the new version, will they automatically be incorporated into the program, or will I have to add them in. You see, I have never done that before, and wouldnt know where to begin. Could someone a lot smarter than me on this stuff please advise and help. Greatly appreciated. Thanks, George
