I want to say simply, that on a dual core under CB, the native single-threaded
engines, such as F8, H9, CT15, J9, Sh9, etc...(+ Sh8 UCI, Sh7.04 UCI !) use the
2 processors.  All single-threaded UCI engines, which Sh9 UCI, use only one
processor.

Whether you charge one or two engines it is similar. If you make play 2 native
eengines one against the other, obviously power off.
