This is certainly not a record.
Many correspondece game at 3 days per move were won in 4 moves

For example
1.e4 b6 2.Qf3 h6 3.Bc4 h5 4.Qxf7#
1.e4 g6 2.Qf3 Bg7 3.Bc4 Bd4 4.Qxf7#
1.e4 g5 2.Bc4 Bg7 3.Qf3 c6 4.Qxf7#

All these games are by a single player with the nickname superman123 so I am
sure that you can find more similiar games if you look at games of other
players.
