Unless I am missing something, the sentence is correct as it is written. The UCI *engine* Shredder does not have any opening book support. The Shredder *GUI* has book support, but that is not the same thing. It means that Shredder cannot use its own book when playing in other GUIs like Sigma Chess, Jose or Scatha. >Keep the features comming! I also consider to add some analysis features, like MultiPV and automatic analysis of games. I currently don't plan to add any sophisticated engine vs engine or engine tournament features. In my opinion, command line utilities are better suited for such tasks (and I *do* plan to eventually write such a utility). Tord
