The format is not exactly the same for the big database files.

For this reason, you will have to have a program that uses Eugene's more recent
code to be able to read them.  In other words, some older programs will not
understand the files that are bigger than 5 men files.

A way to find out if the program you want to use with the big 6 man files works
with them is to download the smallest one from the set and try a test with it.
