The charter says nothing about it.

I think that it may be interesting if some sponsor is going to organize some
challange of GM against machine when the target of the GM is not to beat the
machine in a match but to win a single game in 24 hours

The GM can use the time in the way that he wants.

He can try to play 100 5 minute blitz with some time to sleep in the middle and
he can try to play few games with 1 hour per player or 2 hours per player.

Of course programmers should be ready for every time control in this type of
match and not let the humans to win on time by Pablo respecto's strategy.
