HyperThreading will add about 10% to crafty's NPS if you use mt=2 in your
crafty.rc file.  The problem is the parallel search loses 30% of one CPU
typically, which makes this a net loss of performance...

Don't turn it on with Crafty running.

And for reference, a single 2.2ghz amd opteron is more than twice as fast as my
dual 2.8ghz intel PIV xeon in terms of raw NPS,  even faster when time-to-depth
is measured...
