Correct I tried to work this out with the other admins online first, I ask if I
could keep playing as they worked out why I could not play the other programs
online.. I talked to the head programmer and admin who was also online, and he
was talking to Checkonedo because Checkonedo would not tell me why I could not
play the other programs, and the other admin did not know why either, and he
said to me "winning is not a Crime" "I'm not sure what the problem is". So this
admin was talking to Checkonedo for me. And trying to help.

No I think I was talking to the other admin online, Checkonedo would not talk to
me and explain why this action would be taken.

Now if what Mr. Boehm says is correct, I could see
>where CheckOneDo thought you were using a computer on a non-computer account
>(without the (C) )

This is wrong Checkonedo Knew I was a computer and what program I was using
because of my finger notes. I also signed up as a computer account, the delay
was theirs, and this was never a problem to them or did they ask me to ever log
off. This was never the issue. This is a smoke screen.

, then I could see where he would have been bothered by that.

He was not bothered by that, I was told by Checkonedo what bothered them.
Checkonedo told me "Hiarcs 7 is too strong for this server" And I was not to
play any of the Chess4You computer accounts.

I was not an expected cheater, I had in my finger notes that I was hiarcs7 on a
PII 450. I was never ask to log off...This is a smoke screen. My name is also
DoomsDayMACHINE.....I did not hide at all who I was.

.
>
>You mentioned in one of your posts that he observed your games. Maybe he thought
>you were a cheater and killed your game

No remember he know I was a computer, He said by name I could no longer use
Hiarcs7 on this account because it was too strong. I played the last game with
permission or so I thought of the owner of the server that I could play the
computer accounts, only to have my game resigned at move 10. That was the last
straw and I asked for help to the Head of admins before I logged off in that
message I wrote. Right after I had my Game resigned by Checkonedo, I did try to
talk to the admins online but they would no longer talk to me, So I wrote my
last complaint to OliB and Left. As you see, I never did get any help from them
to my Message....I wonder why...... I tried to work it out, but I could only get
a cold response or no response, So I am here telling the story to the net...

There was no mistake.......

(and that may also be the reason he
>supposedly dropped your rating). Or maybe he was annoyed since he asked you to
>logoff and log back on and you didn't.

I was never asked to log off, and as seen from my message to OilB this was not
the issue. And what does logging off have to do with saying Hiarcs7 can no
longer play other programs on Chess4You..
>

I am not Banned from chess4you....if you read my posting I said Hiarcs7 was
banned from playing other programs on chess4you.. I did nothing wrong, So I was
not banned, just the program I was useing.

>
>4) I cannot see anything in the history that would indicate that anything that
>Mr. Boehm said concerning this issue was a lie.

He gave a totally false account of what happend, I was never asked to just log
off chess4You, He said I was never told I could not play Hiarcs7 against other
computers.

You seen my message to OilB, You Know what the Issue was and why I wrote and
talked to the admins about..

You must ask Yourself. Why would I write that message to the Head of admins if
Checkonedo did not tell me I could not play other programs on Chess4You and he
was resetting my rating....

Then you must ask yourself why they never answered my message...

Please use some common sense here......

>
>You said that he called you a liar, but which of his statements was that?

He said I was not told I could not play Hiarcs7 on Chess4You, So I lied...
He said I was told to just log off Chess4You so they could put a C on my
account. And my reason for the game being resigned is not correct, So I lied...

He comes up with a whole new story, the counters mine..

That is calling me a liar.....

The problem his story never happend, I can give some backup to what I say is
true by my message t OilB....
>
>You stated (repeatedly) that Hiarcs7 was banned. Your proof of this is that one
>game was resigned

Wrong, I was told by Checkonedo that I could no longer play Hiarcs7 against
other programs on Chess4You.....

When my games was resigned after I thought this problem was worked out was just
the last straw.... And I have not played a game on this server since.

for you (after you were "supposedly asked" to logoff and log
>back on so that others would know that you were using a computer and after you
>did play a human opponent). Since the account is not banned and Mr. Boehm has
>publicly stated that you (and others) should bring in whatever computer program
>you wish, where is the problem?

I was told this before by mr. Boehm, only to have my game resigned at move 10...
He is not telling the truth about what happend, so I will never play on his
server again. What he is doing now is called covering his ass... I told my story
and its up to other if they wish to join such a server, but I will not be part
of it again....

>
>You stated that Hiarcs7 was banned (it actually was not, a game it was playing
>was resigned) because it had 11 wins in a row and was too strong,

This is when I first got the message from Checkonedo that I could no longer play
Hiarcs7 against other programs. I used the channels, I talked to the other
admins I got permission to keep play while they worked if I could keep playing
hiarcs7 or not.

What pissed me off was after I thought this was worked out and I could keep
playing hiarcs7, I see Checkonedo start observing my game and then resign it.

I tried to talk to the other admins but all I got was silence. To me the Message
was Clear...Hiarcs7 is not going to play the Chess4You computer accounts.

Do you see any reply to my message I sent to OilB the Head admin...... You were
on my account and you know the answer is NO...... They still will not talk to
me....So I Wrote them that email and said I was telling what happned to me, to
the people on the net.... I love word of mouth.....

 but in
>reality, it actually played 17 games with a +14=1-2 record before the 18th game

>But like Mr. Boehm posted, what is the motivation for dropping a rating? Please

You are right it does not make sense...Read my message to OilB, I was also
asking why this action would be taken.

I was told by Checkonedo that my rating would be change to get it back into line
to what it should be.. Checkonedo said he was changing my rating, not me. So you
need to ask Chess4You, as I did. I got no answer either.
>
>Again, this seems like a misunderstanding that has gotten blown out of

No misunderstanding, They took the actions I said, and now they are getting bad
word of mouth.... No misunderstanding at all....

I think they have a right to run there server anyway they want, and I have a
right to tell everyone how they are running the server.

Like I said their message was clear, No misunderstanding at all. I told my side
of it, it is up to the others if they think the server should get their money or
not, all I can do is warn them what happend to me.
>
>If you have other proof, please post it. As a chess server neophyte, I am not
>capable of digging for all of the information available.

I have been 100% open and gave the members access to my account. I posted what
happend and my E-mails I sent them. I have hidden nothing...

You must ask yourself, what motive do I have to lie about what happend...
Everything I posted gave the same account... This had nothing to do with my
account having a "c" or not or other such nonsense.

As seen for my message, The problem started when I was told by Checkonedo I
could no longer use Hiarcs7 agaisnt other programs on chess4you, and my rating
would be changed to bring it back into line with "what it should be"

I thank you for looking at my proof.....
