Hello Per, I would choose the dual core. If you use your computer for other things besides chess(multi-tasking), Then a dual core processor is much better. If you are a chessplayer and you use engines for anylsis, Then the dual core with a deep program can't be beat. Whichever you chose, I am jealous:) Regards Tony
