Center pawn doesn't count if your opponent side has material advantage.

Both sides don't have queen in this position,So there is no need to defend the
king side.

Blacks pieces are not developed,they are very closed.

No defense required when Black has only pawns to do boxing,black still has all
its major pieces closed.IE Rook,Bishop and Knight on the last rank.

Just push the knight to Nf3,promote pawn d4 etc.
