I believe that the ssdf has no objection to test super GM.
The main problem is that they have not the money that the super GM's are going
to ask for playing.

Probably no ssdf tester is going to pay 100,000$ for hundreds of games of  anand
or another GM with more than 2700 and I doubt if you are going to find a GM with
more than 2700 who is going to play 500 games against computers at 2 hours/40
moves even for 100,000$
