It is a very bad behaviour to demand for unnecessary and redundant information. If you create e.g. starting position 518 in Shredder (identic to traditional chess) or any of the 18 pseudo FRC positions, there would be a difference in such extra flags depending on a potential FRC view, without having a changed situation at all. My opinion is, that an engine's basic behaviour should only depend on the input situation and not on any artificial imposed on view. Reinhard.
