Subject: Re: Fruit 2.2.1 tablebase mystery - may be a bug? - no problem here...

I have no problem with tablebase access when analyzing your position in infinite
mode with Fruit 2.2.1 using either the Shredder Classic GUI or the CB GUI which
came on my Shredder 8 CD. Note that my system quickly finds a mate in 33, which
your analysis doesn't show. Also there is no problem with tablebase access after
stopping then restarting the analysis. I'm running Windows XP Home (SP2) with
all of the latest updates, AMD Athlon XP 2400+ @2GHz, 1G RAM, 704 MB hash, all
3-4-5 men tablebases. Just a wild guess - maybe you're using a buggy version of
the CB GUI(?).
