Subject: Crafty behavior on my dual core AMD ?

I'm looking at Crafty 19.01 running in Fritz GUI and also the Windows Task
Manager.  With Ponder off and 1 cpu selected, the bottom of the task manager
screen shows "CPU usage 50%" (as expected).  But looking at the 2 graphs (1 for
each cpu) it looks like Crafty is using both cpus but around the 50% level.  In
other words instead of one cpu showing the line at the top for full usage it's
showing both cpu graphs at about the 50% level.  Seems strange to me.  Can
anyone else confirm this?  Is this normal?
