No, a hashing error would mean to reach the same position by
a nonsense order.

1.e4 e5 2.Bb5 a6 3.Nf3 Nc6?? would be an example for Black,
or 1.Nf3 Nf6 2.e4 e5?

(There are sure some programs out, which still have this error,
but this was already discussed suffiently in the very past.
Of course normally only Humans can gain something from such a bug)
