I think that it is about who have the best combination of software and hardware.

The main problem is that engines that are tested today are almost the same
strength and there is no big difference between fruit2.2.1 and TogaII 1.0

30 elo in blitz based on CEGT is not a big difference and hardware that is twice
faster is clearly more important
