It is not important to memorize all the opening unless you want to be
professional chess player.

I expect players with fide rating of 2100 to beat most players who play in
tournaments even if they are forced to play 1.h4 and 2.a4 with white and 1..a5
with black without speical preperation.

Note that fide rating of 2100 is not a level of professional chess player and I
am even not sure if it is enough to beat 90% of the players who are active in
tournaments in Israel.
