This doesn't mean much unfortunately, unless its classical time control where the opponent has time to think all his moves through, its an advantage for the machine before the first piece moves. If Hiarcs fought him in classical time controls and beat him 5 out of 5, then i'd say its one of the strongest programs in the world right now.
