I do not understand the "want it in writing" part (if you get burned again, are you going to post it?), but I applaud your willingness to be open about it. I disagree with Robert when he says "You can go back and continue to play, and see if you have another problem. If so, then there will be no doubt about why your problem came up." in that if a second problem occurs, it could be you or it could be them or it could be both of you. This would not in fact show anything. However, if you do get burnt again, just post a message that you got burnt and ask that nobody respond to it except in Email.
