It's a real shame. I'm just having fun, but it's all too true. I know. I cursed Ralph Nader every time I mowed my lawn, because when I would stop to pick up a rock or something, the mower engine stops, to be sure that I won't stop on a hill and let it roll over me and cut my feet off. I just donated that 700 mower to the Salvation Army and bought a new Honda mower with a blade clutch to stop that nonsense. It is impossible to legislate accidents away... but our congress keeps trying. and failing miserably...
