To Eduard: You do not understand how GPL works. What Thomas has done is fair and what Fabien has done is fair. We get stupendous benefit from what Fabien has done. Let me also make something very clear: Without the gift of earlier versions of GPL Fruit there will be no such thing as Free Toga II. Nobody has done something bad. Everyone is following the rules. So do not assume that Fabien is somehow guilty of anything even off color here. In my view, Fabien is a genuine hero of computer chess. If you think otherwise, it means that you do not understand the situation. I believe that Thomas Gasch will say the same thing.
