Subject: How to delete move stats from a Chessbase tree?

My problem is: I want to remove all move stats (number + results) from a
Chessbase tree, while keeping all moves, color codes, annotations and move
weights.

I have Chessbase 7 and Fritz 8, but can't find a way to do it there.

The programs do have several options for ADDING move stats from a file of games
to a tree, but can one not go the other way? Is it possible in Chessbase 8 or 9,
or Fritz 9, perhaps?

The reason I want to remove the move stats is that they affect the rate of play
heavily. One way around this is to set "minimum games" higher, but it has a cap
of 1000, so there are problems anyway in the start of the tree.
