I guess you have put some thoughts into this. I have no plans of doing anything very similar to that. It is more likely that I will eventually try to write a shogi program. This is still a long way off, though. In the near future, I will concentrate on a complete rewrite of Glaurung, and on completing and improving my GUI. Tord
