So I go looking in garage ...so far I find 2 olp PAR ECELLECNE's One has broken battery case and am looking to see if reparable the other... one row of lights do not work.... The blue one I realize is the old blue BORIS DIPLOMAT ....Which I believe still works welll....but must get batteries to try...(takes 6 double AA I believe.) The MAch lll I still am looking for....(wife has wierd storage habits...) But I won't sell...I give....U b collector perhaps u enjoy them. I don't think the 2 par ecellence are worth the effort tho -- too much restoration the Diplomat is in good shape. I keep looking. talk tommorow..if u b interested. Is serial # Importaant? Diplomat is # 12080 perhaps 12090 hard to say ciao. Alex
