Ed Schröder gives more detail there, in the thread "Chess 2010, Rebel 10b
and Rebel 10c...". Basically, in version 10c the core Rebel engine has been
modified as discussed in the "Chess 2010" article and is weaker positionally
than 10b, while being tactically stronger and searching faster, even if the
Tiger System option is not activated.

  For those who like the positional side of Rebel, Ed suggest they get back
to version 10b.
